Through mentorship, training, leadership development, and coaching, I partner with organizations to evolve culture and I support high-achieving individuals ready to bring bold ideas to life.

Who I Serve
I work with scientists at all career stages, senior faculty, managers, executive leaders, and directors of research teams within Higher Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Government, Non-profit, and Public Health.
I also work with leaders in all industries who need support in culture change at their organization, specifically to create a culture of effective, inclusive, and culturally responsive mentorship.
How I Serve
I offer consultation, training, and outreach services through a series of workshops, seminars, and courses to help organizations enact best practices and promising principles around mentorship, inclusion, and communication.
